Seemed like both and mixing in both Marine and Army footage. The first group seemed like school house training, then Marines in Norway, then an Army exercise with mix of M1's, ABV and M2/3 vehicles. Interesting none the less.

first time I have ever seen a Grizzly with a straight dozer blade on it... looks pretty effective!
