It is currently work-in-progress at Red Iron Models, and planned for release within this quarter. Here we see initial CAD renderings. We’ll keep you posted on its development.

The duty question: where are the KIT PARTS?
Also, the chassis on those 3D has nothing in common with the ZiL-131/MMZ-555 dumper on the first picture.

Hello Hisham,
They do Soviet / Russsian subjects -- full resin kits of trucks, construction and road equipment. They have a couple of conversions as well. I'd assume this one will be in resin, like the others.
Cheers,

I hope that they would be willing to sell a reduced kit (cab & chassis only)
There is a card model
http://sklep.gpm.pl/modele-kartonowe/pojazdy-cywilne/1/25-24/ks-2561d-zil-130 that could be used as a template/drawing to create this ZiL-130 based crane truck:
There are almost endless variations on the ZiL-130 base

I was just wondering yesterday about alternatives to the Armada hobby kit for this truck. Sadly, looking at the prices of their other stuff, I won't be able to afford this one as well. Anyone know of a conversion kit to convert the ZiL-131?
