The previous kit gave both riveted hull and welded hull as options. This kit seems to want you to know it only has the welded hull option.

I believe Dragon has retooled some of the 251 parts for recent releases, and this just now combines the flamepanzer parts with the newly tooled vehicle.

I'd rather they finally released some of their long-promised kits like the 251 Ausf "A" or the Uhu. Been waiting many a year for those two.
