Has anyone ever purchased things from Add On Parts directly?

I placed an order a little more then a month ago, I got an email 2 weeks after that saying they would ship my order as soon as possible. I haven't heard anything since. I sent an email on Monday asking for status and have not yet heard back. Just wondering if this is normal with them. I can be patient, but I hate the lack of communication.
