I found photos od Wiesel 1 in Afghanistan. All are in 3-tone nato scheme. Maybe somebody have a picture od Wiesel 1 in colours for ISAF ?
Can somebody tell me if Wiesel 2 have been used in Afghanistan by German forces?

Hi Chris,
Wiesel 1 wre used in the early stages of the ISAF operation. But with the growing IED thread, most were used for perimeter security around the German camps. The only color variation I saw was the black color of Flecktarn was oversprayed sand. Nothing is known about the use of Wiesel 2 with GECON ISAF. Patrols were done by heavier and more protected vehicles like the Dingo 1 and 2, Fuchs and Marder.
