Hi guys
Good Morning Gents. I have a couple of questions for our brothers and sisters [ can't forget the ladys ] on the other side of the pond. First, does anyone know what British rations looked like during the second world war ? Did the come in the same type of box that the US rations came in ? Second, what did the ammo boxes for the British 2pdr AT gun look like? The ones that came with the kit look like someones idea of a bad joke.
Thanks in advance

Here are a couple of scans from "The British Soldier, from D-Day to VE Day"
This shows some of the contents of a 14 man compo ration box,
and this one shows an individual emercency ration (top) and other assorted rations
