Nice set.. In my humble opinion the eyes could get a bit more realistic.. but definately nice..
Is there a plan to build a diorama around them?

Nice work.
Eyes are the hardest to do,but yours are OK ,maybe just touch up around them so they don't seem so large.I'm not a great figure painter,so I really shouldn't be giving advise.
For sure do a dio with them!
I have an old movie actually called Wake Island you may find for some inspiration.

This brings back a few memories. One of my brother-in-laws Father was on the last flying boat out of Wake before the invasion! He had just been ordered to attend film school for the Marines. He left Pearl heading to San Diego just before the attack there.
After film school he ended up on Guadalcanal, and he is the photographer that took Halseys picture when the Admiral visited the island. I spent a Thanksgiving with their Family years ago, and I really enjoyed his stories, and the pictures he had.
Sadly he had ill health and that was the last time I was able to talk with him.
