Trumpy also has the Type 96 (Chicom copy) As for the photo, I'd guess a war prize from Iraq.

Any one happen to know the difference between the D 30 and Chicom version? I know with one of the Chinese built Russian guns (130mm?) the breaches are oriented (no pun intended) differently. One is vertical the other horizontal.

Google is my friend I've just done an image search for "D-30 howitzer museum" and looked for a captioned one showing a M37 in the vicinity. .. et voilà !
