I am building the trumpeter Object 268 and found one of the parts missing from the sprue. It is the gun mantlet so a big part that is the main focus of the tank and not something that can be hidden. Being the main focus of the model (and my total lack of scratch skills) making one myself has been less than successful
. Is there a way that I can order just sprue '05544 D' from Trumpeter? There is no way I am buying a whole kit to replace that part but it is such a waste of a kit not to finish!
I have tried their site direct but the google translations make it near impossible. There is a spare parts search engine on the web site but that finds nothing even using their own codes.
