Hallo to evrybody!

I am Bostjan from Slovenia (EU) and this is my first diorama...

The motor and the figures are form ITALERI kit and all the other stuff was schratch built from varius isolation foam boards, balsa, paper, styrene pieces, real dirt, sand ecc...

all of the diorama is paited with acrilic colors (mostly vallejo), washed with mix of burnt sienna and row umber oil colors and white spirit, and highlighted with brith colours (mostly white)...

Please let me know wath you think....

Bostjan

Nothing to apologize for as far as your language. I have read and seen worse from my own countrymen.

You are off to a great start and posting here is one of those steps. Everyone here is very helpful and you have gone to a place that I fear... figures.

Keep posting and I will hope to see more from you!

Great first-ever dio/vignette Bostjan, very clean.

I like the fact that they're studying a map and the sign post is bare. Simple, clear execution in detail. The nameplate reflects their frustration, no?
"...where in the hel* are we?!"

Well done painting, positioning is balanced, and we've all seen worse bases! Sometimes a base is not thought out, and distracts from a well done subject. I like the simplicity.
If any critique is warranted, it may be the street being too clean, and the manhole cover having those large openings. But these are minor things. Just my 2c...

Overall really nice effort and thanks for sharing!

Thanks, guys...

the frame of the diorama is a chip 0,75€ foto frame... it is not mutch but is better than lossing time building your own...

I was hoping, that the scenne will tel a story by itself (no need for explanation comments) and i am glead that i have manage to do this...

Teh ballancing and a scene setting are done according to Chris Mroskos Building Dioramas book... At least i tried to folow the rools explained in that book. It is a great diorama and modelling reading

Now, I am working on 3 scrap figures for traning painting, because those 2 up there dont look good at all... I wached about 10000 youtube tutorials about figure and face painting, and now i will try a combination of tecnics that i hope will work for me! I will post the progress in the figure painting section...

Hi to evrybody...Bostjan
