Has anyone seen a photo, or any documentation, of a Pz III with the additional ring of turret armor in North Africa?

I'm thinking this would most likely be in Tunisia, late in the campaign.

I've seen photos of them in Italy and Russia with the turret armor and/or schurzen at about the same time.

After perusing hundreds of photos, I have yet to see one.

That would be just 2 months after the surrender in Tunisia. That makes sense that none would be seen in Africa.

Thank you !
