We are currently in a golden age of 1/35 king tiger kits. We have good kits available from Tamyia, dragon, academy, mig ammo (rebox of the Takom kit) as well as brand new super kits from takom and meng.
If I was building an exterior only kit I would purchase the meng kit as it is cheaper and more modern than the dragon kits.
In direct answer to your question I would buy the takom kit, at £53 it is the same price as a dragon king tiger and you get a state of the art interior.
