Im building Trumpeter's Mk.23 MTVR and im wondering what the interior cab color is im sure it follows the same pattern for interior color on the Army's M1083 and M1078 that the interior color is the same as the exterior
Second question
Are NAVY Mk.23 overall green or in NATO 3 color

From what I have been able to gather, it looks like the interiors are all green.
Check here for a full build review I did on it a while ago.

I guess both options are OK.

Of note is the lighter green color of the engine hood of some overall green trucks...

US Navy markings would be very easy to make yourself using either computer decal paper and a word or PPT. type program or by getting rub-on lettering from the likes of Archer or from an art store. Making your own markings is a lot easier than you think.
It looks like it is just a USN and a serial number on the sides of the hood. It may be on the rear tailgate too.

Here's a better view of the Seabees logo often seen on Seabees truck cab doors :
Some marginally different variants can be seen as well...

One small variation to add to the cab interior color:
The floor, kickboard and transmission box seem to have been painted with non-skid black.

This is just a guess but I suspect these one-piece fiberglass hood assemblies are moulded at the factory in either the NATO green color or tan/sand.
The only time they will actually match the rest of the truck is when the truck has either been repainted or painted camo.
Also the semi-smooth fiberglass surface will almost immediately begin to craze (develop microscopic surface scratches.) These catch the light and make the moulded in fiberglass color look lighter than the paint on metal color.
