The Meng M1A2 Tusk kit calls out for an adhesive tape in step 20 for the top of the gun mantlet. I couldn't find one in the box, so I'm assuming it's not part of the kit. Can anyone recommend a very strong bonding, flexible, and thin tape to use?
I'm guessing the tape is used so that the gun elevates after assembly, which I would prefer it to do.

Normal masking tape will do. The tape is for joining the plastic and PE part where the PE flap should remain movable when the gun elevate/lower.

Thanks. I used Tamiya masking tape and it turned out fine. I thought I needed something stronger, but Tamiya tape works well.
