Djiti Productions from France also sells something similar, although they are the Continuous Footman Loops the same as Arms Corps set 35864, as opposed to the set you referenced which are the individual footman loops.

There is a company (E.T. Models or Voyager) that offers a set of tie downs in P.E. I have the set at home, I will look tonight and provide the details.

nope, no, no, no, no, no and nope. thought of that. already got those, from voyager's ACAV be set and they're just TOO damn small to bend, and just laying them flat leaves no definition

Oh, I found them, they are actually Aber (35A95). I have used them many times, no issues. You can use a piece of styrene to form them before adding to model. But I understand. Sorry could not help any further.
