Can anyone advise how I should paint the rubber vehicles tyres included in the Trumpeter Stryker kits. I've primed mine with rattle can primer but it is flaking on some parts.

On my Stryker,I didn't paint them,I just weathered them with pigments and washes.

Good idea mate. I'll have to clean them all down first. I'll give it a go.

Another alternative...but will cost a bit extra: trash the kit rubber and buy aftermarket resin...
