Hi all,
I am building the Academy 1/35 M1A2 Abrams TUSK II and I'm wondering about the belly armor that's added onto the bottom. Does it fit tight against the hull bottom, or should there be a gap between the hull bottom and add on belly armor? I haven't been able to find any clear pictures online to verify. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I do believe I read somewhere that it does have a gap. More or less it's a spaced armor. I'm sure someone who has the all the details will chime in.

It should fit pretty tightly with no real gap.

Thanks for the info/pictures. Any idea if there's a gap running along the sides between hull bottom and add on armor?

No, it is pretty tight all the way around.
