"Newly tooled parts include the antenna mount. It also comes with a bonus driver figure."
Sounds like a $59.99 MSRP on this baby.

Would like to know more, as a good Kubel is hard to find.

This is a rebox of the cyberhobby white box release from a few years back. Seems the radio rack and antennae mount are new parts. The moulds for the Kubel itself go back to 1994 and are from the firm "Bego". These Bego Kubels were also released by Hasegawa for a short time as well. As for the driver figure it's most likely an older fig from one of the many DML kubel releases.

I just got the Hero kubel for $19. It seems quite good. No etch though and no unrolled top. And no figs.

Why buy an old reboxed Dragon Kubelwagen with an old radio set and new figure for over $30.00 when you can have a high quality resin radio conversion set for any Kubelwagen at only $15.00 + shipping.

Because you still have to buy a Kubelwagen kit to use the conversion set, so now we're about $30 PLUS $15.

Come to think of it, the original cyberhobby boxing included the two figures - driver and officer - as "not for use". There was also PE jerrycan seam,PE radio racks and extra switchboard etc. *the "communications centre" radio sprue.

Maybe Tiger Prods will give a free Dragon Kubelwagen with each radio set purchased.
