Hello!
This a little vignette with the 6 inch howitzer with girdles from Resicast and figures and base from GBS.
Some pictures before snow...
... And after the snow!
I used "Microballons" from ak interactive to simulated fresh snow.
Not yet finished, but almost!

Absolutely incredible. Really captures the fatigue and misery of the fighting conditions of WWI. Great work.

Very, very nice. Love to see it with snow and please tell us what you use and how you apply it since I'm planning a snow dio too.

Looking suitably miserable and great job so far. Will be nice to see your progress on this one.

Beautifully done Christophe, this is a gem. Could I suggest something about the bricks – the colour is a bit too “bright”, and the mortar (I mean the cement between the bricks) looks clean white, easily cured with a little yellow-ish/brownish pastel-chalk dust brushed over it all. Brilliant work,
Tim

Thanks!
@ Hansbouwmeester : just dropped some "gravel & sans fixer" and let falling the snow ! (Microballon" from AK interactive)
@ Dioramartin : Ok. I 'll try to change bricks and mortar color.
Thanks for the suggestion.

I'd leave it as is-- "blasted" brick shows the brighter colors as it's been scoured and blown clean by the force of the blast- showing the brick inside more-- it wouldn't have time to weather that much. It really looks fine as it is. Better than fine really. The mortar color is ok too for a European setting, where more Lime might have been used in the mix.
