And after a campaign ends that you participated in, how do you get the campaign ribbon?

Yes, contact the campaign leader.
Besides overlooking someone, common reasons are that:
a) You forgot to enlist in the campaign
b) You forgot to upload an image of your finished build into the appropriate campaign gallery.

I think your right about point B. I thought have the completed model posted in the campaign forum was good enough.

I think your right about point B. I thought have the completed model posted in the campaign forum was good enough.

But on campaign forum your pics are scattered, not easy to find. And some campaigns have more than 70 participants.
