Don't see why it wouldn't, I've got the Zrinyi II and it does come with the skirts.

Great news!!! The Turan II is the one I was hoping for, and now I have something to put those Fruil. Turan tracks that I bought about 5 years ago in anticipation of this release on.

I have this model in my hand and a check reveals that it has individual track links and photo etched schurzen. The photo etch is very nice due to the hundreds of very small holes that are present in the Schurzen.
