Hey!
I've uploaded my first pics in the gallery. The model is a 1/35 revell belgian cvrt scorpion my father bought me a couple of years ago. When he did his service he was commander of one of these fine machines. I build it in winter 2001/2002, and I must say, since then my skills have improved quite a bit . Nevertheless, I'm still quite satisfied with this one (the first one I tried drybrushing on), the only thing I don't like at all is the "camouflage netting" at the back. That didn't work out well. Once, I'll change this.
Any comments are welcome!

Ola Florre
This is quite a nice vehicle you made there. It`s a bit too modern for me personally but I can recognize good paintwork and such. You did a good use of rust and dust there and the tarps on the machine are convincing too. Wich method did you use for the tarps?? the 50/50 percent water/whiteglue mix??
Anyways truely good looking vehicle and I like to see more of your work in the future

very nice CVRt, the weathering is very realistic, and i think the tarps look excellent.

Thanx for the comments guys!
The tarps indeed are made with the white glue/water technique, some kleenex soaked in this mixture. Very easy and convincing texture I think.
Answer to your question greatbrit, well, according to my reference pics on belgian scorpions, they didn't have more stowage bins while on manouvres. I even added some they don't ever carry in real life, because I also thought the tank looked a bit "naked"
Cheers!
