Forgive me if the nomenclature is wrong, this is the gun I mean

Would it have been in service at the time of Kursk?

It is known as: 76 mm regimental gun M1943
I cannot find a date when production started in 1943. It is possible that they were at Kursk, but I cannot confirm it.
