Lionmarc makes a barrel for the Challenger 2, as fas as I know, and Accurate Armour made a resin one for the Chieftain and Challenger 2.
How different are the barrels of the Chieftain, the Chally 1 and the Chally 2?
EDIT!!!
I did my homework, the Chally 1 and the Chieftain have the same gun, Royal Ordnance L11A5 while the Challenger 2 has the newer L30.
So a Chieftain barrel suits the Challenger 1.

You'd need the L11A5 rather than the original L11 for a Cr1 though, so don't use a replacement barrel intended for Tamiya's Chieftain Mk.3 (which claims to be a Mk.5). The ditinguishing features are the upstand for the MRS above the muzzle and a slimmer fume extractor with wider collar at the rear on the A5; the original L11 had no MRS and a constant diameter fume extractor.
