I have painted a grey(humbrol 67) PzIIG with a white(Tamiya XF-2 + XF-57)winter camo. paint job.My questions are as follows.
1.What color to use as a filter on the white?
2.What color to use as a wash?
3.What color to use as a pinwash?
I would like to use colors that I can mix. Thank you.Ted Nichols

For a filter you could go with either a grey(warm) or a blue(cold)depending on the look you want. For the overall wash/pin wash a somewhat lightened raw or burnt umber. Again it depends on the look you are trying to achieve. If the vehicle is to be depicted in the cold of mid winter with solid frozen ground day and night then there would not be a great deal of grime(mud)as opposed to a period when there is freeze at night and thaw during the day when there would be considerably more mud and grime.
