This is me second post and I still cant get the hang of posting pics of my models from the Gallery,so I used PB again.Anyway the kit was painted by brush, using acrylics and drybrushed and mounted on a coaster.

Hi Kenneth,

Very nice KT!

Ken, that's surely not a "coaster" but a piece of Welsh slate!? Nice job on the model, the tracks look they're on nice and straight; I recall they are quite springy and rubbery and only just fit under the side skirts, then there's the sprockets that can get a bit skewy when the tracks go on.

By the way, there is a particular page for practising posting pics.

Hi firstcicle, the coasters are made from Welsh slate and are borrowed from SWMBO dwindling supply. The tracks are fiddly, but nothing that super glue and brute force cant overcome. The colour scheme is made up form Luftwaffe colours,as yet, I have no armour colours in my paint box.

Hello Kenneth,

A fine looking KT, I haven't seen the Airfix rendition in the flesh, but it looks a nice model.

As to posting photos, I use Photobucket and attach photos in the text using the [img] button, I just copy the Direct option in Photobucket and then highlight the 'post url here' instruction and then press Ctrl V and 'job's a good 'un', your photo will be included in the text and I find this less hassle than using the Gallery, which I believe you only have a limited amount of storage space. Anyway it works for me .

All the best,

Paul

Hi spacewolfdad, the airfix kit is a great little kit, tracks can be fiddly.I have used PB,but just lately its been rather slow,I am not good with computers,so it could be me.

Very nice job on that King Tiger! I've never seen one for sale in my area but Matthew Lenton reviewed one HERE a while ago and it looked quite good! Thanks for sharing your builds with us and hope to see more in the future.

Cheers,
Jan
