I was down at Bovington today. I noticed that their somewhat battered Iraqi T-62 with lots of bits missing actually has 2 T-55 first axle roadwheels with the enlarged hubs fitted on the 2nd and 3rd axles on the right side. From the finish and weathering they look to be original to the vehicle as captured, not something "repaired" later. It's just visible in the on-line photos like this one https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/9/93/Flickr_-_davehighbury_-_Bovington_Tank_Museum_168_T62.jpg/1280px-Flickr_-_davehighbury_-_Bovington_Tank_Museum_168_T62.jpg, but you'd probably miss it if you didn't know.

I'm surprised to see them, bearing in mind that each T-55 only had 2 of these wheels, T-54 had none, Type 59 and T-62 didn't use them. Obviously you use what you have, but it implies that there must have been lots of spare wheels of this type in circulation - despite their limited intended application. Perhaps the Russians or Czechs supplied these to clear out of their surplus inventory. Or maybe they were bought to upgrade T-54s or Type 59s but never used for that
