I wonder if the guy sitting in the turret ring went flying after it went down the ditch because it doesnt look like that seat has a seat belt!!!

That looks more like an early deck to me, given the ribs. The AVREs with ZR ERMs had them, meaning that those were rebuilt early tanks originally registered with T-prefixed census numbers. The later petrol Cents had longer hulls and decks with louvred.
