There were a couple I know at Greenhills but those were many many years back and now gone (Lil's branch, Nova Fontana). If it's a current shop then Special Toy Center may be the one you're referring to since Virra Mall is within the Greenhills complex.

Forgot to mention that Special Toy Center has another branch at Festival Mall at Alabang, southern part of Metro Manila.

Lil's is really good. Huge selection as well.
