This is not a tank transporter. The trailer capacity is 40 tons, so not enough for any modern tank.

The tractor in your original pic is an M983A2 LET (Light Equipment Transporter). It is a little different from a standard M983A2 by swapping the spare tire on the rear platform with a winch. There is also a roller at the rear of the frame to assist in attaching the trailer and when using the winch.
As Frenchy and Vodnik noted, the trailer is an M870A3 MHET (Medium Heavy Equipment Transporter) with a 40 ton capacity.
This setup is usually used by engineer units to haul around their equipment. It is not a tank transporter as it is not rated to carry the necessary weight of modern tanks.

It would actually be more appropriate with a piece of engineer equipment, maybe the Takom M9 ACE. Also, you should make the changes I mentioned above for an M983A2 LET. Its your model though, build it how you want to.
