That's a Fisher-built vehicle: it has the fabricated and welded MG mount, antenna mount and headlamp mounts and multi-part welded glacis. Sherman Minutia lists this vehicle as a Fisher, build number 898 built before Nov 42 (and after Aug 42 if the cast nose is original).
The Dragon Early Sherman III kit is close, but not right: it looks like an ALCO hull. But it does have the right turret configuration.
TMD do a resin Baldwin DV M4 hull which has the right glacis configuration (Baldwin built 12 M4A2 with this glacis). You might try a cut-and-shut with the Dragon hull, joined with a straight cut between the drivers' hatches and turret ring - or following the weld joins between glacis and hull and around the drivers' hoods. You can disguise the join with new welds. There will be other differences between Fisher and ALCO hulls that the Sherman Minutia site can guide you through. Fisher used a lot of welded-on fabricated parts where other manufacturers used cast-in or welded-on castings.
The T62 tracks fitted here are certainly done by Bronco as injection indy links. I imagine Friul and others cover them too. They won't be original: one of the rubber block or chevron types is more likely off the production line.
If you want a simple build that's "close enough" OOB then the Dragon early Sherman III kit is as close as it gets.
Hope this helps.
