This was my first completed 1/35 scale tank,it was painted with acrylic paints slapped on by brush. Its not weathered because Mrs Celt likes them clean.

Congratulations to your firstborn tank
Paintjob looks good, have you practiced a lot on aircraft first?
One minor comment though: one of the "flimsies" on the shelf at the left rear corner doesn't seem to be standing properly on the shelf.
It's an easy thing to miss when one is in the middle of the fun and joy of building. Taking photos of the ongoing work and checking those is often a useful tool/method to discover minor mistakes.
I personlly prefer "clean" builds but it has happened that I have "stretched" my preferences a bit and added a light wash to blend in the colours and take away the worst "fresh paint"-look

Hi Robin, the reason the flimsy looks odd is because I dropped the tank just before I was about to take the photo. It is just put back without glue for the photo. As for weathering,I like it clean, although my 1/72 tanks are dirtied up.

Kenneth, nice build. It looks mostly OOB, but it looks a couple of add-on pieces on the turret. Also one piece (the long tubular one), what is that? T'anks.

If you accept some suggetion, aplly some metalic paint on the tracks. They are commonly polished by the attrition with the terrain.

Its completely OOB,the pieces on the turret are all included in the box,I think that long piece is a map case?

Pretty clean build. I'm like Robin, though, I have to at least add a wash to help bring out the details. It's not so much about weathering as it is about adding dimension.
Now, solicited or not, my 2 cents. The periscopes glass should be painted a different color to indicate that they are indeed glass. Also, you might want to look into getting some thin wire or guitar string for your antennae. Just a thought.

I know what you mean, but I am not a modeller, more a kit basher.I build models to have fun, washes and guitar string for antennae, dont sound like fun.

It's a signal flag case.
