Color for German Tank Crew Overall/Coverall

I have a set of Evolution Miniatures of tank crew member painting a white winter coat. They look to be wearing a coverall. Any idea what color, sans weathering, would the coverall be? (see pic)

Model Master Field Grey is very close. I know that Vallejo has a similar color, but can not recall it off the top of my head.

I guess it is Field Gray also.
