I pick this up a couple of months ago sitting in a local shop. It must have been there for years. When I heard some or all of Verlinden was closing down I quickly snapped it up

Despite the weight & no interior detail, I've always liked using these ceramic buildings. I've found them easy to paint, modify, and offer the chance to be creative by making your own interiors. Over the years I've stashed between 40-50 from Verlinden, Royal Model, Custom Dioramics, Kurton, plus some from companies no longer in business.
