The only question/problem is... how it could be ordered, because company just don't anwer mails, and placing order on their side doesn't matter for them

I have had no problem ordering directly off their website. Simply set up an account and their site works like other sites with shopping carts. Payment is via a 3rd party. They don't respond often to emails, but my orders always arrive within a few weeks.
