Following my previous diorama I wanted to produce another for the Syrian conflict.
This time I will be doing a typical Minaret - not sure of the vehicle yet.
I have started the building with moulds produced by good friend of mine at www.redzebramodels.co.uk

I have decided to form the building using plaster of paris.
Firstly I formed a mould using lego/plasticine.
Plaster of Paris was then poured into the moulds and reinforcement added in areas thet would be smashed up
Once dried over night the plaster is released and cut to size and glued with super glue
Then the detail work can commence...

NICE !! You can almost always tell when the modeler has seen the type of things he is modeling. If you haven't seen damage like this then you are very good at guessing how it would look ! 'Cause it all makes sense.
