What parts make this release Finnish or Dutch, other than decals? Any reason, other than sales strategy, that US Army markings are not included?

Trumpeter lists this release as having a higher parts count compared the previous one. I have inquired and have yet to hear their feedback.

I wonder if Finland and the Netherland are such large export markets? A British Army MLRS would be more suitable. I wonder if the price tag is as high as with the MARS? I am pretty sure that there will be again no anti-slip coating on the launcher deck.

On a side note, British markings were included in Italeri's boxing of Dragon M270 kit...
