Received my kit this morning and after looking at the kit contents I must of gotten the older kit as I think after the errors were pointed out to Dragon they corrected some of the issues.the kit was second hand from King kit model shop.

I started on the drive wheels bolt error first, sliced off some of the bolts and added new ones where they should of been, the one on the right is modified to the correct bolt locations.

I then turned my attention to the final drive height as this was the one that bothered me most,I just shaved off some of the detail and turned the final drive upwards about 1mm to where it should of been.

Old position:

New position:

Drive wheel now lined up correctly:

Left side suspension done and installed.

Having not built this kit since 2006 I forgot how complicated the suspension was and the first one took about 15 minutes to get right but it was plain sailing once I knew how they went together.

Still love this kit and one of my all time favorites.
Will post more progress as I go on.

Regards
Karl

Thanks for showing that Karl, I wasn't aware that there was a problem and they fixed it, I'll have to check my kit to see which one I have. I will be watching your build closely, Nice work so far!

Some more progress on my ausf E build.

With me having to move the final drive up I was worried the the tracks would be too close to the fenders but there is enough room between track and fender
