Not really a Soviet guy, but that looks pretty good

The poses look like a great fit for the vehicle.

4 figures in-1 with tank? Sounds good, especially for a small depiction of combat patrol or an ambush preparation, I think. Can't wait too see the real product, makes me feel so ready for next modeling project!

Look pretty "Soviet" (Siberian?) to me. Would've preferred some variety of headgear though.

As far as variety of hat, who knows what will be on the sprue? Many is the time one hat is in all the mockups and there are others hidden in the final boxed kit.

It really looks like the heads are set up for optional helmets.

While it's a great bundle, I'd love to see the figures in a standalone kit. It would sell for sure given how few options are out there for Soviet infantry

Avoid this and get the kit CMOT mentioned. The ICM T-34 is really not a good kit.
