495mm long... I see the Hobby Boss site states four sections of rail bed are included, so presumably that means two of the sprues shown in the photo, which looks like it will be much longer than needed for the train itself. I guess there will be other bits coming to tempt you to fill up the empty track.

Very interested. 1/72 - I like. The valve gear and drivers are simplified but so long as the molding is crisp and fine, I am happy with that.

Glad there are more 1/72 offerings. They don't fit with HO but they look good next to OO ( 1/76 ) scale, like the old Kitmaster BR 23.

I'm exceptionally happy to see them coming out with this (and I assume the rest of the BR-57 consist is to come) in 1/72nd, as building this whole train is a dream of mine, but especially as a newly graduated student, neither the price nor space requirement were really feasible.
