I believe the Shermans are ex-Argentine Repontenciados with the French 105mm gun and Poyaud engine. Originally ex-UK Fireflies. Could be 1C, 1C hybrid or VC: they had all 3.
This page has a photo of what purports to be a Paraguayan vehicle on what looks like a VC base platform, but I can't verify that (7th one up from bottom, 2-tone green)
