Bought the E-100 Flak88 kit sealed in plastic from my LHS Saturday but on opening it at home I found the tracks were missing. I emailed Modelcollect and asked about getting a replacement set and offered to pay for them if necessary. This morning, Monday, I received a response that a replacement set has been shipped at no cost ! Talk about quick response to a customer's needs, 3 days over a weekend.

This is my first experience with a Modelcollect 1/72 kit as I typically build 1/35 and larger (old eyes, etc) but I was surprised at the quality and parts count in this little box. And with service like that they will be on my shopping list a lot more now.

It is a shame that this level of service is not the norm
