Hello all,
I've finally finished the Achilles MkIIc. Here are some pics. Now on to the groundwork.
Picture taken today in the sun so the colours are not very accurate. The model is greener.

Again, all comments and suggestions are welcome.

Bep, great weathering, especially around the hatches, lift rings, and antennae bases. The camera focus in these pictures is phenomenal. Almost like standing next to the real thing.I think the track tension may be a little tight. Wonder when all the modeling companies are going to incorporate some "slack" in their kit supplied tracks? Overall, looks like a killing machine.

Very nice job!
I like the way you hung the packs on the hull side. Very realistic.
Chuck
What type of camera are you using?

Wow - the finish on that is great - great weathering too.
I like it a lot - lots of attention to deail - well done.
I'd recommend you weather the pads of the tracks to match the side weathering though.
Personally I would like to see a bit more wash in the creases of the packs of the hull. Just to make the straps pop out a bit more.
I can't tell - is that a mold seam on the long tarp on the left side of the turret (Left side/driver side) 4th picture down?

Ola guys,
Thanks for the encouraging words.
Chuck,
I borrowed a Medion camera.I believe it's a German brand and it has 3.2 Megapixels or something. Our Dutch and Belgian friends know what I mean when I say it was bought in a shop called "Aldi".
I set the focus on manual and used the highest resolution.
Scott,
I will give it an extra wash one of those days. The tracks will get some powders on them when I install the tank to the groundwork.
And no it is no seam. Just some shadow lines.
Best regards,
Thanks for the encouraging words.
