Does anyone know if there are any 1/35 markings for an Iraqi M1A1 Abrams operating in Mosul?
I've been watching the video of the Aid worker rushing out to grab the little girl and thought that would be a cool diorama.

Echelon has all kinds of M1A1 markings from Iraq. I don't know exactly what unit that tank was with, but there are all kinds of markings available.

As far as I know there's no company that makes tank markings for Abrams in Iraqi service, and the Echelon decals are for Abrams in American service. Here are some examples of the markings present on Iraqi Abrams

This too is something I have wanted to do for sometime.Does not seem to hard to build with just heavy weathering from heavy months long urban combat.

It would be a nice set for Echelon, Archer or Star to put out.
A comprehensive sheet for all the recent combatants would be well received I bet.

Sorry, I didn't realize the tank was in Iraqi service. That will be harder to find, I am sure.

Guys,
There will be some Iraqi crews M1A1 decals coming out soon, probably with a M1A1 book containing images for reference.
As me no more as I can't say much else...

No questions, well, maybe one. What would be a good kit for an Iraqi Abrams?

They received 140 refurbished Abrams until 2012. A lot were damaged in Mosul. 6 had full armor penetrations and 28 were damaged. A figure set and decals would be great!

I just got the Iraqi Abrams book from Sabot publishing, it is awesome. Comes with decals just like I was looking for.
I wish they had some more in action shots, but I understand we modelers are probably not the top priority of things to worry about while taking back Mosul.
Probably use a Dragon M1A1 for it, just need to add a phone box on the rear.
