Installment 9:
Hello everyone, just a single photo here. I got the rigid brake lines mocked up. I have to add a couple of clamps to it then on it goes.

Thanks Eric, I will check both stores. I'm running low on my lead wire assortment and it is like $20 for the set. I'd rather use a 40% coupon and get more for the money.

Installment 10:
Steps 10 & 11: The number of parts added here is minimal. I am going to skip adding the tilt tie downs until right before I prime the kit. The resin and photo etch lights/reflectors are supposed to be added in both steps. In step 10 the only parts added are the latches for the tailgate. In step 11 the e-brake handles are added. There is an option here for handles that are bent for parking or straight for transport. I added the e-brake cables here. Their routing is mostly a straight shot from the handle to the brake drum with nothing else in the way. I have chosen to do this trailer in the parked configuration so I’ve used the e-brake handles that are bent.

I’ll try to get photos of the rigid brake lines I added and then add the parts for steps 10 and 11 tomorrow. By the way, I will never try to use this format again. I don’t like how the photos taken against the instructions turn out. It’s too hard to control the colors.

Installment 11:
Welcome again! I added the rigid brake lines here. I had to move around the wiring a bit to make it easier to add them. The rigid lines are made from Tichy Phosphor Bronze wire with insulation from small gauge wire wrap wire used as the flexible sections and as the fittings. I had to add the brake drums here even though they are called for as part of adding the wheels in Step 12. The way I was able to break the wheels down when I decided to use the sagged set of wheels/tires from DEF Model made adding the brake lines much easier.



That’s it for now. I am in the home stretch for this review. I am going to submit it as a formal review pretty soon.
