What period? The early (1940/41) Dragon kits are v good and the Dragon T-34-85 are older but decent. The later 76mm Dragon kits have a strange series of changes compared to the earlier T-34-85 releases (things which were correct were actually made worse, like the glacis hatch location) and the Dragon etch frequently doesn't fit. PMMS has a good series of reviews and among online posters, I find Mark Rethoret to be pretty sound. He's put up quite a bit of material over the years.
Can't comment on other manufacturers as almost all my T-34s are Dragon from a few years ago. Zvezda does one with mine roller but that's the only part I plan to use.
3D Zavod on Shapeways makes some excellent air intakes which look far more like the real thing than most kit parts or the flat etched affairs.
