Hello!
I would like to build Australian M1A1 AIM out of the Meng's kit. But I have a couple of questions:
1)Does Australian M1A1 look similar to American ones in details?
2)Does Australia has snorkels for their Abramses or is it a privilege of USMC?
Thanks!

It won't be as simple as that I'm afraid. I suggest you have a look here at the update sets available for Dragon's kit. Dragon's SEP is the best starting point for the conversion.

If i am not mistaken, the sep upgrade is for m1a2 abrams. Australie only operates the m1a1.

In fact it looks like "Option 1" and "Option 2" sets include parts to backdate the A2 SEP kits to the A1 version.

Yes, but the Dragon AIM kit does not have the correct tracks, the turret basket, etc where the SEP kit does. This is why the Option 3 AIM kit has the references to buy Bronco Tracks and one of the etch upgrade sets as well as the set itself.. the SEP with retro grade parts is a cheaper option overall.
The L3A4 .30 cal used in Aussie service is not the usual one found in most spares boxes either.

The Meng M1A1 AIM comes with the correct tracks and the turret basket extension. Also, I don't think that Arms Corps Models is operating anymore so the conversion kit isn't available.

Mouse House has a lot of the accessories that you may need. I just ordered the refrigerator and the paint from them as well as the Leopard 1AS conversion kit.

I'm interested only v in Meng, because after it has appeared, there is no more need of Dragon. It has better details and so on. Meng has made M1A1 AIM kit and thus I'm interested what are the differences between the standard American Abrams and Australian one.
