Love the MAN KAT 1 trucks, hope they do plenty of versions including the British versions and the US m1001/M1002. The missile launcher looks cool too.

I don't think so. Check out the details on the Hobby Boss kit (like the spare wheel holder, or the rims...) :

The UK version is different in almost every detail, so don't hold your breath. And we have 2 different chassis/suspension types, HX and SX. A normal control bonneted MAN or one of the civilian-cab types would be more useful as they have been sold much more widely around the world. It's kinda sad that HB have chosen to follow a path already trodden and not find their own.

thanks!
Than hopefully they have a correct cabin interior as well!
And maybe it opens the way to correct 8x8 with the right crane.

The seating on the cargobed is non-German, maybe from Croatia?
I wonder if they include the canvas ccver or just the frame? TR/HB is notorious for NOT including cargoi cover. Another concern is the price. I would say it`s 50 USD plus. Considersing the the re-release of the RoG kit (which isn`t that bad at all) retails here for 22 to 25 Euros. I aslo noticed that the m.g. ring mount is missing. I have to take an extensive wialkaround on the MAN family next weekend.
BTW The exact designation of the truck is:
Lkw 5t mil gl.

KRAZ is an UKRAINIAN and NOT Russian truck.
