I am having trouble figuring out what paints to use to replicate a British Valentine in North Africa like the photo below. It appears to have a desert sand (Light Stone BS 61) over some kind of green color. What green would that have been? Any input on paint colors would be greatly appreciated

I imagine it would be standard British khaki. Total guess, though.

The Crusader is in the dark grey disruptive camouflage, the Covenanter is in overall khaki brown, the Stuart is pale stone over Olive drab and the Valentine could be worn pale stone paint over khaki brown or the the light green disruptive or even ancient grey-blue from a caunter scheme. But since there is a Sherman in there I doubt the Valentine goes back to 1941 I vote for worn pale stone paint over the regular khaki brown.
But I am probably wrong.

I think it's light stone over SCC2.

I'm just impressed by the motley collection of armour. Wow. Can you say 'a decided lack of standardization'?
Great photo!

The wear on the Valentine and Honey is worthy of note. Cool pic since we have a North Africa Campaign on the horizon.

The usual caption is "desert workshop" and all the vehicles according to available TO&E would have been found in the same brigade or even separate squadrons of a single regiment. Valentines, Crusaders and Shermans were all considered Cruiser tanks and used in the desert as such despite the different performance of each and the Valentine officially being an infantry tank. The Covenanter indicates this is definitely behind the lines during training as that tank was only used for training.
The Stuart was in headquarters units and recce squadrons. The tool box being opened probably indicates it belongs to a maintenance guy or is lending tools and a hand to the Valentine crew. The Stuart is interesting as it is a co-called Stuart M3 hybrid, the exact configuration in the Academy M3A1 kit with the M3A1 turret on a riveted M3 hull.
