Hello,
I'm not much of a 'modern' builder, but the Meng pickup and some Black Dog figs have me interested in a CIA rig in Afghanistan.
Like but not identical to this one. Various captions say CIA or Special Forces
I've got Meng's little truck done. Sweet little kit, wish the windows and doors were separate like their Landcruisers w AA gun models.
Other than the butt-joint mud flaps (next time copy onto plastic sheet) it falls together.
Live Resin makes an EXTENSIVE range of M240's and accessories and I find myself a little lost in all the options.
At this point, I think the sight is the LRE 35028 US Army scope set 3, the mount is similar to LRE 35017 M240B Military Systems Group Inc. H24-6 Machine Gun Mount, and the basic gun would be LRE 35014 US Army M240B
Can someone more in the know than me help me out if this is the right gun, mount, and accessories to get me close to what's in the picture?
Thanks,
Mike

Mike, I'm on the slow internet connection at the moment so I can't dig through Live Resin site, but I know Engin Kayral made this truck some time ago... I think we had a build log here on Armorama. Anyway, Engin used Live Resin goodies for the M240 so he might be of help.
Cheers,
Mario

Yaroslav,
Bits arrived today in great shape, many thanks!
Seems you forgot to include the 'free time' that I so badly need to finish the project thought.. -grin-
Thanks again, I'll be back for more.

Thanks for the imagies Engin and Yaroslav for the fantastic resin bits. Beautiful and VERY affordable!
It took a Gold medal in the advanced division at Armorcon last weekend.
